This matters more than anything else on this page. Every member signs these rules, and one slip can put AVIA’s licenses and carrier contracts at risk.
You can

- Collect the 5-question survey, with permission
- Book a call with a licensed AVIA agent
- Invite people to educational events
- Tell their own story of why they joined
You cannot
- Discuss premiums, benefits, networks or plan names
- Recommend a plan, carrier or coverage amount
- Fill out an application or take payment
- Go door to door or cold call about Medicare
- Promise savings, approvals or income amounts
Any product question gets the same answer: “Great question — a licensed AVIA agent will answer that on your call.” Hand it off, every time.
